If you use software to screen or rank job applicants, the city requires a bias audit and advance notice to candidates. In Zoho People we set up each leave bank and store notices staff have signed. Zoho Payroll says it supports all 50 states, but many teams pair Zoho People with Gusto, ADP or a similar provider that already handles city withholding.
