Zoho Implementation Services

Deciding to use Zoho and actually running your business on it are two different projects. Implementation is the second one: your data migrated in cleanly, your modules configured around how you work, your team trained, and a hypercare window instead of a login handed over with a shrug.

This is for you if...

You've chosen Zoho (or specific Zoho apps) and need it built out, not just recommended

You're migrating off spreadsheets or another system and need the data to move over cleanly

You want a defined go-live date with support immediately after, not a slow fade to 'you're on your own now'

Go-live & Hypercare

What you get at the end

A live, working Zoho environment your team is actually using on day one - plus a defined hypercare window to catch issues early, instead of a login and a 'good luck.'

Questions people ask

How is our data migrated safely?
We export, clean and stage data before loading it, and validate record counts before the old system is retired.
What if we find issues after go-live?
That's exactly what the hypercare period covers - issues found in the first weeks are fixed as part of the engagement, not billed separately.
Do you migrate all historical data, or start clean?
Your call - some clients want full history, others prefer a clean start with historicals archived separately. We'll walk through the trade-offs.
How long does implementation take?
A single-app rollout can take a few weeks; a multi-app Zoho One rollout across departments takes longer - scoped in the blueprint phase.

Thinking about Zoho Implementation Services?

Have these answers ready and we can scope a first conversation without back-and-forth:

Which Zoho apps are in scope for this implementation?

Where does your data currently live, and roughly how much of it needs to move over?

Is there a target go-live date we should be planning around?
