Questions about choosing a Zoho plan

Which Zoho plan is best for a small business?

It depends on what you need. A small sales team with a simple pipeline often starts on Bigin or Zoho CRM. A business that needs sales, finance and HR together usually compares Zoho One with buying apps one by one. The finder above gives a starting point in a minute.

What is the difference between Zoho One All Employee and Flexible User pricing?

All Employee pricing licenses every employee in the company. Flexible User pricing licenses only the users you choose. Zoho sets the prices and terms, so confirm them on Zoho One’s pricing page.

Is Zoho CRM Plus or Zoho One better?

CRM Plus covers customer-facing teams: sales, marketing and support. Zoho One also covers finance, HR and operations. If those teams will move to Zoho soon, Zoho One is usually worth comparing.

Can I start with free plans?

Several Zoho apps have free plans with limits, such as Zoho CRM for up to 3 users and Bigin for 1 user at the time of writing. They suit trials and very small teams.
