What Flowpeak believes
Most Zoho problems aren't solved by turning on another module — they're solved by mapping the actual process first. Flowpeak starts every engagement there, in writing, before any configuration begins.
A perfectly configured Zoho instance nobody uses is a failed project, no matter how the invoice reads. Training and documentation aren't an add-on here — they're part of what "done" means.
"We'll use Zoho Inventory for batch tracking" is a claim you can check. "We'll optimise your operations" isn't. Flowpeak's proposals are written to be verifiable, not impressive.
How this started
Flowpeak didn't start as a pitch deck. It started from years spent on the other side of Zoho implementations — running a sales team, owning the revenue number, and living inside the CRM cadences, campaigns and reporting that either make a quarter or quietly sink it.
That's a different vantage point than most implementation partners bring, and it's the one Flowpeak is built around: judging a Zoho system by whether the person carrying a target actually wants to use it.

Hari has more than 10 years in the Zoho ecosystem and has been involved in over 600 implementations, including enterprise-level projects. Flowpeak is a registered Zoho partner with Zoho certified consultants that implements and customizes Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, People, Payroll and more.
Day to day, that background means managing sales teams and revenue targets, advising on outbound strategy, and owning CRM cadences and campaign execution — the operational side of a business that Zoho is supposed to serve, not the other way around.
Every Flowpeak engagement is scoped and led personally; there's no handoff to an account manager you'll never hear from again.
