Zoho project rescue: when your Zoho partner let you down
Money spent, months gone, and a Zoho system your team does not use. We take over from your previous partner, fix what matters first, and train your people so Zoho finally pays for itself.
Rescue projects start at INR 40,000 (USD 430), with a fixed scope and price agreed in writing.

Signs your Zoho project needs rescuing
- Your team has gone back to spreadsheets, WhatsApp or email, and Zoho is only half used
- You pay for licences nobody uses, or you have already cut licences because nobody used them
- Workflows and Blueprints fire at the wrong time, and nobody knows who built them or why
- The project is stuck at "almost done" and your partner has gone quiet
- Duplicate records everywhere, and reports in Zoho CRM do not match Zoho Books
- Integrations with your website, WhatsApp, payment gateway or accounting break without anyone noticing
How a Zoho rescue works
Step 1
Take stock
You give us admin access to your own Zoho account. We list everything that was built: modules, fields, workflows, Blueprints, custom functions, integrations and users, and find out what your team actually uses.
Step 2
Written rescue plan
For each part we say keep, fix or remove, in plain language, with a fixed scope and price. Starting again from zero is rarely needed; we recommend it only when fixing would cost more.
Step 3
Fix in order of business impact
We fix what costs you money or sales first: lead capture, follow-ups, quotes and invoices, stock. Then reports, then nice-to-haves. You see progress in a written update every working day.
Step 4
Train and hand over
Role-based training for each team, recorded so new staff can watch it later, plus written admin notes so you are never dependent on one partner again.
Switching Zoho partners safely: a checklist
Do these before you change partners, whoever you move to.
- Make sure the Zoho account is owned by your business, with a super admin in your company's name, not the partner's
- Ask your current partner for a list of custom functions, scripts, Blueprints and integrations they built
- Collect the logins and API keys for connected tools (website forms, WhatsApp, payment gateways) and store them in your company's name
- Export a full data backup from each Zoho app before any change
- Remove the old partner's user access once the handover is complete
Rescue or audit?
| Zoho audit | Zoho project rescue | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | A written report of what is wrong, ranked by risk and effort | The audit, then we fix the setup and train your team |
| Who fixes it | You decide: your team, us or another partner | We do |
| Best when | You want a clear picture before deciding | The project is stuck, unused, or your partner has gone quiet |

Questions about rescuing a Zoho project
Can you take over a Zoho project another partner started?
Yes. Most of our rescue work is exactly that: a project another partner started, left half-finished, or set up in a way the team does not use. We start by listing what was built, then keep what works and fix the rest.
Do we have to start again from scratch?
Usually not. Your data, users and much of the setup can normally be kept. We recommend a rebuild only for parts where fixing would cost more than starting fresh, and we explain why in the written plan.
What if our old partner controls the Zoho account?
The account should belong to your business. If a partner created it under their own login, ask them to make your company the owner first. If they will not, contact Zoho support about account ownership; we help you prepare what they need.
Can you help us reduce or right-size our Zoho licences?
Yes. Once we see who uses which app, we tell you which licences you need. Licences are billed by Zoho, so check current prices on the official Zoho pricing page; we do not resell licences.
How is a rescue different from a Zoho audit?
A Zoho audit gives you a written report of what is wrong, and you decide who fixes it. A rescue includes the audit, then we take over, fix the setup and train your team.
How much does a Zoho rescue cost?
A Zoho project rescue starts at INR 40,000 plus GST in India, or USD 430, GBP 330, EUR 380, CAD 590, AED 1,600, SAR 1,600, QAR 1,600 elsewhere, excluding local taxes. The final price depends on how many apps, users and integrations are involved and is fixed in writing after a free scoping call. Zoho licences are not included.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We work remotely from Chennai, India with businesses in the Gulf, North America, the UK, Europe and India, with calls in your working hours.
