EU-specific things to check
- GDPR: a signed data processing agreement, consent fields, retention rules and a process for access and deletion requests
- Data location: EU accounts use Zoho's EU data centre (zoho.eu); confirm before the account is created
- Germany: if accounting stays in DATEV, plan the export from Zoho; ask how records are kept in line with GoBD with your tax adviser
