What does Flowpeak charge for Zoho CRM setup?
A standard Zoho CRM setup starts at USD 500, CAD 700, GBP 400, EUR 450, AUD 760, AED 1,850 or SAR 1,900. Larger projects are quoted in writing after a free scoping call.
How much do Zoho CRM integrations cost?
Most integrations cost ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 + GST in India, or USD 270 to 380 abroad, at a fixed price for a standard scope. India-only lead sources such as IndiaMART and Justdial start at ₹20,000.
How much does migration to Zoho cost?
From USD 380 for spreadsheets, USD 590 to 800 for most CRM, help desk and accounting systems, and USD 1,020 to 1,390 for ERP or Microsoft moves.
Are Zoho licences included in your prices?
No. Licences are billed by Zoho. Our prices cover setup, migration, integrations, training and the agreed support period.
Do your prices include tax?
Indian prices are plus 18% GST. International prices exclude local taxes.
Why are your prices lower than many US or UK partners?
We deliver from India, where costs are lower, and we use fixed scopes. Quality depends on experience and process, not location.
Do you charge hourly?
Projects are fixed price. Changes after go-live can be billed hourly or through a monthly support retainer.
Are there hidden costs?
We list what is excluded: Zoho licences, third-party subscriptions and usage fees (for example WhatsApp or SMS charges), and changes outside the written scope.
Is there a discount for bundling integrations?
Each integration has a fixed price. For larger bundles we review the combined scope and quote it in writing.
Do you offer a free consultation?
