15 questions · Flowpeak Consulting, Chennai, India
How does a Flowpeak project start?
With a free discovery call. We map your process and goals, then send a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins.
Do you give fixed prices?
Yes. Every project has a fixed price for a written scope. Extra requests are quoted before work on them starts.
How long does a typical Zoho project take?
A simple Zoho CRM setup takes one to two weeks. Projects with migration and integrations take four to eight weeks. Multi-app Zoho One rollouts usually run six to ten weeks in phases.
What are the stages of a Flowpeak project?
Discovery, written scope, configuration, integrations and data migration, testing with your team, training, go-live and a support period.
Who will work on our project?
A named senior consultant leads every project and is on every call, supported by developers for integrations and custom work.
How do you work with clients in other time zones?
We schedule calls in your morning or evening and reply to messages on working days. India overlaps well with the Gulf, the UK and Europe, and we hold early or late calls for North America and Australia.
Do you do on-site work?
Most work is remote. We can meet clients in Chennai in person when a project needs it.
Can we start small and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with Zoho CRM or Zoho Books and add integrations, Creator apps or more Zoho apps in later phases.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request before we see your data.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign a DPA for clients who need one under GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws.
Will we get admin access to our Zoho account?
Yes, always, from day one. Your account and data belong to you.
What do we get at handover?
Admin access, a list of automations and integrations, any custom code, and user and admin guides.
How many changes are included before go-live?
The written scope states the rounds of changes included. Most projects include review rounds at configuration and testing stages.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
We write up the change and its price, and only start once you approve it.
How do we pay?
Usually in milestones agreed in the proposal. Invoices are in INR for Indian clients and in the agreed currency for international clients.
