Offshore Zoho partners can cost much less than local firms, and many US businesses work with them successfully. The difference between a good and a bad experience usually comes down to a few checks before you sign.
1. Overlap hours and communication
Ask exactly which of your hours they are available for live calls, how quickly they reply outside those hours, and how they report progress. A written daily or weekly update is a good sign.
2. A written scope and fixed price
Insist on a written scope listing the Zoho apps, modules, automations, integrations and data to migrate, with a price and timeline. Vague estimates are where offshore projects go over budget.
3. Proof they have done your kind of project
Ask for a similar workflow demonstrated in Zoho, references or reviews on Clutch, G2 or Google, and the names of the people who will actually do the work.
