How it works

  1. Scoping call: we look at your Zoho setup and Quo account and confirm the scope and price in writing.
  2. Build: we build the connection using Zoho’s APIs, Deluge functions or Zoho Flow, whichever is most reliable for your case.
  3. Testing: we test with your real data and fix anything that does not match.
  4. Go live and handover: we switch it on and walk your team through how it works.

Questions

Does Quo have a native Zoho CRM integration?
Yes. Quo's own Zoho CRM integration (on Quo's Business and Scale plans) shows Zoho contact details during calls and texts, and logs calls as Activities and texts as Notes on the matching Contact. Per Quo's help centre, it syncs contacts one way (Zoho to Quo), matches on phone number only, and logs to the Contacts module, not Leads. Our fixed-price setup configures the native integration and adds what it leaves out: leads from unknown numbers, assignment rules and follow-up tasks.
How much does the Quo (formerly OpenPhone) and Zoho CRM integration cost?
Flowpeak’s Quo (formerly OpenPhone) and Zoho CRM integration costs ₹35,000 + GST in India, or USD 380 for the standard scope on this page. Prices in other currencies are listed above and exclude local taxes.
What is not included?
Zoho licences and Quo subscriptions or usage fees are paid by you to those providers. Extra modules, custom logic beyond the standard scope, or very large data volumes are quoted in writing before work starts.
