What is not included?

Zoho licences and OpenAI subscriptions or usage fees are paid by you to those providers. Extra modules, custom logic beyond the standard scope, or very large data volumes are quoted in writing before work starts. OpenAI API usage is billed by OpenAI to your account and is not included.
