What big companies use Zoho?

Most Zoho customers are small and mid-size businesses. That is where its pricing, free editions and all-in-one suite make the most sense. Large enterprises tend to choose Salesforce, Microsoft or SAP for their core systems, though some use Zoho for specific teams or functions.

Zoho does publish customer stories. At the time of writing, Zoho's customer page lists, among others, travel platform Agoda using Zoho CRM Plus, the WHO Foundation using Zoho Assist, real estate developer Brigade Group using Zoho CRM, and Craftsman Automation using Zoho Campaigns. Which companies are using Zoho CRM? Beyond the names Zoho publishes, it is hard to confirm. Many third-party lists of "companies using Zoho" are built from website tracking scripts or job adverts and are often wrong or out of date. If a reference customer matters to your decision, rely on Zoho's own case studies or ask the vendor for a reference in your industry.

Who are Zoho's biggest clients? Zoho does not publish a ranked list. A better question for a buyer is whether businesses of your size and industry run on Zoho successfully. Zoho's user base and long history suggest it is a safe choice for most small and mid-size companies.
