Zoho is privately held, so it does not publish quarterly results like a listed company. The best public figures come from its annual filings with India's Registrar of Companies. In April 2026, Moneycontrol and The Economic Times reported that Zoho Corporation's operating revenue for FY25 (April 2024 to March 2025) was Rs 12,313 crore, up about 17.7 percent from Rs 10,456 crore in FY24.
At typical 2024 to 2025 exchange rates, Rs 12,313 crore works out to roughly 1.4 billion US dollars, so Zoho clears the billion-dollar mark on revenue alone. The same reports said North America was its largest market, at about 41 percent of revenue. Because Zoho has no outside investors and no share listing, there is no official market valuation, so any valuation figure you see is an estimate.
Zoho is also profitable. The April 2026 reports put FY25 net profit at Rs 3,191 crore, slightly lower than Rs 3,299 crore in FY24 as expenses grew. Zoho says on its own About page that it has never taken money from investors, which means the business has been funded from its own revenue since it started as AdventNet in 1996.
On size, Zoho's About page says it has more than 19,000 employees and over 150 million users across more than 60 apps. Figures like these change each year, so treat them as a snapshot from late 2026 and check the latest filings or Zoho's site for newer numbers.
