Does the price change if we have a lot of data?

Yes. The fixed price covers a standard data volume. If you have a large amount of data, such as many years of history, a very high number of records or large attachment files, the price goes up. We look at your data on the free scoping call and confirm the final price in writing before any work starts.

What is not included?

Zoho licences and Xero subscriptions or usage fees are paid by you to those providers. Extra modules, custom logic beyond the standard scope, or very large data volumes are quoted in writing before work starts.
