Which Zoho apps do factories and job-work units usually start with?
A common start is Zoho Books for GST invoicing and e-way bills, Zoho Inventory for stock, batches and job-work movements, and Zoho CRM for enquiries, quotes and follow-ups. Zoho Creator fills gaps such as production tracking or quality checks, and Zoho People and Payroll handle attendance, shifts, PF and ESI.
Can Zoho handle SEZ and export documentation?
Zoho Books supports export invoices, foreign currency and GST settings for SEZ supplies, and Zoho Creator can hold shipment and document checklists. SEZ procedures change, so we confirm the current rules with your customs agent or chartered accountant before go-live.
How long does a Zoho setup take for a manufacturing unit?
A Zoho CRM setup usually goes live within two weeks. A Books and Inventory rollout with opening stock and job work often takes three to six weeks, and a multi-app setup with integrations commonly takes six to twelve weeks. You get a written scope and timeline before you commit.
