When will Zoho Campaigns 2.0 accounts move to 3.0, and what changes?

Zoho has not published one fixed date for every account. Migration to Zoho Campaigns 3.0 happens in phases, and Zoho shares notices and a prerequisites guide with account admins. The main changes are a new workflow builder, simpler campaign types, A/B testing inside regular campaigns, reorganised contacts and tags, and some older features and integrations being retired. Review the official migration guide before you switch.

Watch for in-app notices and emails to your account admin, and read Zoho's migration guide in the Campaigns help centre. It has a prerequisites list and a page describing what changes and what is retired. If you have no notice yet, use the time to tidy lists, segments and old workflows so the move is cleaner.

In 3.0, campaign types are simplified, with A/B testing becoming an option inside a regular campaign rather than a type of its own. Workflows are rebuilt in a new builder. Some older automation types remain viewable but cannot be newly created. Contact tags, topics and scoring are reorganised, and some older integrations are retired without carrying their past data over.

Before switching, export reports you want to keep, list every active workflow and autoresponder, and note any integrations you rely on. Check segments after the move, since some may return more contacts than before. Send a test campaign to an internal list and confirm topic mapping, unsubscribe links and footers look right.
