How do I sync Amazon FBA orders and stock with Zoho Inventory?

Zoho Inventory has an Amazon integration that can import orders, and in supported marketplaces it can handle FBA orders and stock held at Amazon. Connect your Seller Central account, map Amazon SKUs to Zoho items, set up a separate warehouse for FBA stock, and decide which system controls stock levels. Connect Amazon from Zoho Inventory's integrations area and authorise your Seller Central account. Choose the marketplaces you sell in. The first step is mapping: each Amazon SKU must match an item in Zoho Inventory, or orders will arrive with unmatched items. Clean up SKU naming before connecting to save time.

FBA stock sits in Amazon's warehouses, not yours, so set up a separate warehouse in Zoho Inventory to represent it. Shipments you send to Amazon become transfers from your own warehouse to the FBA one. Orders fulfilled by Amazon reduce the FBA warehouse, while merchant-fulfilled orders reduce your own stock. That keeps your stock picture accurate in both places.

Expect some reconciliation. Amazon has returns, removals, damaged units and fees that do not always come through as you expect. Compare Seller Central inventory reports with Zoho Inventory monthly, and post fee settlements in Zoho Books. If your volume is high or you sell across many channels, a dedicated channel tool feeding Zoho may be easier.
