Is Zoho Payroll available in Mexico or France?

Not at the time of writing. Zoho Payroll is offered in a limited set of countries, including India, the US, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK, with more being added. Mexico and France have been requested by users but are not on the published list. Check Zoho's current Payroll country list, and meanwhile use a local payroll provider alongside Zoho People.

Payroll is one of the hardest products to localise. Each country has its own taxes, social contributions, filings and payslip rules, which change often. Zoho builds a separate edition for each country it supports, which is why coverage grows slowly. France and Mexico both have complex systems, so expect specialist local software to be the norm there for now.

You can still keep Zoho at the centre. Zoho People can manage employees, attendance, leave and timesheets, and then export the data your payroll provider needs each month. Zoho Expense can handle reimbursements. Zoho Books can record payroll journals from the provider's reports. This keeps HR data in one place while payroll stays with a local expert.

Ask your payroll provider about an import format or API, and design a monthly routine that moves data with as little retyping as possible. Check Zoho's announcements from time to time, since new regions are added.
