Is Zoho One buggy or slow, and what can be done about performance?

Zoho One is a large suite, so some users do meet bugs and slow screens, especially after updates or in heavily customised apps. Many performance problems, though, come from local causes: large page layouts, heavy workflows, too many related lists, busy integrations, browser extensions or distance from the data centre. Measure where the slowness happens, fix setup causes, and report reproducible bugs to Zoho with clear steps.

With dozens of apps updated often, small bugs are a fact of life, as with any large suite. Zoho usually fixes reported issues, but a vague report rarely moves quickly. Give support the app, data centre, browser, exact steps, screenshots and the time it happened. Check the Zoho community too, since others may have found a workaround.

Slowness is often in your setup. A CRM page with dozens of fields, many related lists and widgets loads slowly. Workflows and functions that run on every edit add delay. Integrations that call the API constantly can hit limits and cause errors. Try the same screen in a clean browser profile and on a different network to separate local issues from Zoho ones.
