How do I set up a noreply@ address in Zoho Mail?

In Zoho Mail, you can create noreply@ as an email alias on an existing user, as a group address, or as a separate mailbox if your plan allows. Then set up an auto-reply or filter to handle any replies. For automated system emails, such as receipts and notifications, Zoho ZeptoMail or the sending app's own settings are often a better fit.

An alias is the simplest option. In the Zoho Mail admin console, add noreply as an alias to an admin or shared user. That user can then send from noreply@ and any replies land in their mailbox. A group address works similarly but lets several people see what comes in. A dedicated mailbox costs a licence but keeps everything separate.

People will still reply to noreply addresses. Decide what happens: an auto-reply pointing to your support address, a filter that moves replies to a folder, or a forward to your help desk. Silently ignoring replies can frustrate customers, so most businesses at least point them somewhere useful.
