How do I send one document to several people but need only one signature in Zoho Sign?

Use a signer group in Zoho Sign. Add several people as members of one signer group, and any one of them can sign on behalf of the group. Once someone signs, the others can still view the document but can no longer sign it. Check that your plan includes signer groups, and add others as copy recipients if they only need the final document.

A common case is a contract that must be signed by someone from the client's finance team, but you do not know who will be available. Sending separate requests risks two signatures or confusion. Zoho Sign's signer groups solve this by letting one role be filled by any member of a group.

When preparing the document, create or choose a signer group and add the members. Place the signature fields for that group as you would for a single signer. Everyone in the group gets access, the first person to sign completes that step, and the document moves on. The others keep view access but cannot sign.
