How do I migrate from Shopify to Zoho Commerce?

Export products, customers and, if needed, order history from Shopify as CSV files, then import products and customers into Zoho Commerce. Rebuild the store design, set up payments, shipping and tax, and add 301 redirects from old Shopify URLs to new ones to protect search rankings. Point your domain only after testing checkout end to end.

Start with products. Clean the Shopify export, map columns such as title, SKU, price, variants, images and description to the Zoho Commerce import format, and import a small batch first. Variants and images cause most import errors, so check them carefully. Customers can be imported as well, but they will usually need to reset passwords.

Then rebuild the storefront in Zoho Commerce using its themes and page builder. Set up payment gateways, shipping zones and tax rules for your country, such as sales tax in the US or VAT in the UK and EU. Connect Zoho Inventory and Books if you want stock and accounting in Zoho too.

Protect your search traffic. List every product and collection URL in Shopify and set up redirects to the matching Zoho Commerce pages. Keep titles and descriptions consistent. Place test orders with each payment method, then move the domain and watch for errors in the first weeks.
