How is Zoho Creator priced per user and per record?

Zoho Creator is mainly priced per user, with plans that differ in features, number of apps, records allowed and integrations. Each plan has a record limit, and you can usually buy more. External users who access your app through a customer or vendor portal are priced separately from internal users. Zoho changes plans regularly, so check the current pricing page.

Internal users are the people in your organisation who log in to build or use apps. Each plan sets how many apps you can build, how many records you can store, and which features you get, such as integrations, custom domains, environments and AI. Higher plans raise these limits. Zoho Creator is also included in Zoho One, which may be cheaper if you already use several Zoho apps.

Record limits matter for apps that log high volumes, such as daily inspections or IoT readings. Estimate how many records each form will create per month and multiply by how long you need to keep them. If you will pass the limit, plan for an add-on, archiving old records to Zoho Analytics or WorkDrive, or a different storage design.

Portal users are customers, suppliers or partners who log in to a portal built on your Creator app. They are counted and priced separately, often in packs. If you expect many external users, compare that cost with building the external part on Zoho Catalyst or another platform.
