Can you move from Zoho CRM to Bigin?
Yes, you can move from Zoho CRM to Bigin. Bigin has a built-in import that brings over users, contacts, accounts, pipelines, products, activities, notes and custom fields from Zoho CRM. You will lose advanced features like Blueprint, quotes, custom modules and sandbox, and some data, such as attachments inside CRM records, does not move.

Moving down to Bigin makes sense when your team uses Zoho CRM only for contacts, a pipeline and follow-ups. Small teams that never touch Blueprint, quotes, approval processes or custom modules often find Bigin simpler to use, and Zoho itself describes Bigin as built for small businesses. If people avoid your CRM because it feels too busy, that is a sign worth weighing.
Bigin's help page says a Bigin admin can import from Zoho CRM in one step. It brings over users, contacts, accounts, pipelines, products, tasks, events, calls, notes, attachments in notes, tags, custom fields and record images. The import needs Bigin's Premier, Express or Bigin 360 edition, a trial, or Zoho One. Pipelines and stages must be set up in Bigin first.
There are limits. Zoho says attachments inside CRM records are not imported. The import brings up to 20 custom fields and 20 tags per module, and you can run a direct import only three times. Bigin has a standard record limit, with add-ons for more. Zoho's article does not list Leads, workflows or custom modules, so plan for those separately. Skipped records show in Import History for fixing.
You also lose features. Bigin's own comparison page shows Zoho CRM features missing from Bigin, including sales forecasting, lead scoring, Blueprint, quotes, price books, sales orders and purchase orders, validation rules, sandbox, approval processes and custom modules. Bigin allows far fewer custom fields. Before you switch, list every automation and report your team uses and check each one.
A safe plan is to export a full backup of Zoho CRM first, run the Bigin import, check the skipped records, then rebuild key automations in Bigin. Keep the old CRM read-only for a short overlap. If you grow later, Zoho CRM has a matching import from Bigin. Flowpeak can review your CRM and tell you what will and will not survive the move.
