- Do you have examples in my industry and country?
- Can I speak to a past client or see an anonymised example?
- Are you listed in the Zoho partner directory?
2. Scope and price
- Will you give a written scope with deliverables and timeline?
- What is excluded?
- Is the price fixed, hourly or monthly?
- Which costs go to Zoho, and which to you?
3. Ownership and security
- Will the Zoho account be in my name?
- Will I get documentation of what was built?
- Who has admin access, and how is it removed at handover?
4. Delivery
- Who will actually do the work?
- How often will I get progress updates?
- What time-zone overlap will we have?
- How is data migration tested?
5. After go-live
- What training is included?
- What does support cost and how fast is the response?
- How do change requests work?
