About the client
The client is a preschool and day care centre whose parents pay fees by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
The challenge
School staff and accounts staff kept separate payment records. Entering each payment twice took time and led to mismatches between what the school thought was paid and what the books showed.
What we built
- Payment entry in Creator: School staff record bank transfer, cheque and cash payments against invoices in Zoho Creator.
- Creator to Books: Each payment saved in Zoho Creator automatically creates the matching payment in Zoho Books.
- Books to Creator: Payments recorded directly in Zoho Books sync back to Zoho Creator.
- Matched to invoices: Payments are applied to the right invoice in both systems.
