A performance tracking (MIS) system for charities funding hospital facilities

About the client

The client is a group of charitable institutions that sponsor facilities in hospitals and want to improve how those facilities perform.

The challenge

Each partner hospital reported in its own way, so the funders could not compare results or see trends. There was no shared definition of good performance and no easy way for institutions to learn from each other.

What we built

• KPI definitions: A shared set of KPIs defined once and used by every participating institution.
• Data collection: Zoho Creator forms for each institution to submit its figures on a regular schedule.
• Dashboards: Zoho Analytics reports that show each institution against its targets and against its peers.
• Knowledge sharing: A space for institutions to share practices and lessons with each other.
