About the client
The client runs an after-school programme at several locations and reports daily meal counts for each.
The challenge
Meal counts were collected from each site in different ways, and keeping staff and student lists accurate per location was difficult.
What we built
- Location-based setup: Staff and students are organised by location.
- Staff invitations: Admins add staff to a location through the portal, and each staff member receives an email invitation to log in.
- Student rosters: Once logged in, staff add students to their own location.
- Daily meal counts: Staff record meal counts each day, and admins see totals by location.
