For sales and finance, at the time of writing: Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users. Bigin's free plan gives 1 user, 1 pipeline and 500 records. Zoho Invoice is free for up to 2 users and 500 invoices a year, with Zoho branding on invoices. Zoho Books has a free plan for 1 user plus an accountant, up to 1,000 invoices a year, for businesses under a revenue threshold. Zoho Inventory's free plan allows 1 user, 1 location and 50 orders.
For support and teamwork: Zoho Desk is free for 3 agents with email ticketing. Zoho Projects is free for up to 5 users, 3 projects and 5 GB. Zoho Mail's free plan covers up to 5 users on one domain with 5 GB each, without IMAP, POP or ActiveSync, and only in some regions. Zoho Cliq has a free plan with a cap on searchable messages. WorkDrive's free plan is 5 GB for individual use, and Vault is free for personal password management.
