Where should a new Zoho One customer start with so many apps?

Start with the apps tied to revenue and daily work, usually Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Mail, and set up users, roles and domain first in the Zoho One admin panel. Get those working well for a few weeks, then add one app at a time, such as Desk, Projects or People. Ignore the rest until there is a clear need.

Zoho One includes many apps, but you are not meant to use them all at once. Begin in the admin panel: verify your domain, add users, set up departments and decide who gets which apps. This makes later rollouts smoother, since every app shares the same user directory.

Next, pick two or three core apps. For most businesses that is CRM for sales, Books for invoicing and accounts, and Mail or Workplace for email and files. Configure them properly with your real process, fields and reports. Connect CRM and Books early so quotes and invoices flow without retyping.
