Can I log time against multiple projects in one Zoho Projects timesheet?

Yes. Zoho Projects has a timesheet view across all your projects, where you can log hours against tasks or issues in different projects, often in a weekly grid. Each entry still belongs to its own project, so reports and approvals work per project as well as across them. The exact view depends on your plan and recent updates.

Inside one project, the timesheet tab shows only that project's time logs. To work across projects, use the timesheet area outside individual projects, which lists your logs from every project you belong to. From there you can add time to tasks in any of them and see your week in one place.

Each log is linked to a task, issue or general time for a specific project. That matters for billing, because billable and non-billable status and rates are set per project. Managers can approve time per project or review all logs for a person across projects, depending on permissions.

For consistency, ask staff to log time daily and to use tasks rather than general logs where possible. Set reminders for missing time and use reports to compare logged hours with expected hours. If you bill clients, connect Zoho Projects with Zoho Books or Invoice so approved time becomes invoice lines.
