How do I migrate from Infusionsoft (Keap) to Zoho CRM?

Export your contacts, companies, tags, opportunities, notes and orders from Keap, which is the new name for Infusionsoft, as CSV files. Clean them, map the fields to Zoho CRM, then import companies first, contacts second and deals last. Keap campaigns and automations do not transfer. You rebuild them in Zoho CRM workflows and cadences, or in Zoho Marketing Automation or Zoho Campaigns.

Start with an inventory of what you actually use in Keap: custom fields, tags, pipeline stages, campaign sequences, forms, products and payment records. Export each object from Keap as CSV. Older Infusionsoft accounts often carry years of unused tags and duplicate contacts, so this is the right moment to merge duplicates and drop tags nobody reports on.

In Zoho CRM, create the custom fields and pipeline stages first, then import with the built-in import wizard. Import Accounts first, then Contacts linked to Accounts, then Deals linked to both, so the relationships hold. Keap tags can become Zoho CRM tags or a multi-select field. Notes and history can be imported as Notes with the original date kept in a field. Run a small test import, check it, and only then load the full data.

The part that takes real work is automation. Keap campaign builder sequences have no import path into Zoho, so each sequence needs rebuilding as Zoho CRM workflow rules and cadences, or as journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation. Orders and subscriptions usually belong in Zoho Books or Zoho Billing rather than CRM.
