How do I connect Zoho CRM with ShipStation through Zoho Flow?

In Zoho Flow, create a flow that starts from a Zoho CRM trigger, such as a deal reaching Closed Won or a sales order being created, then adds an action that creates an order in ShipStation with the address and items. A second flow can bring tracking numbers back to CRM. Check that ShipStation's connector and actions in Flow meet your needs first.

Before building, decide where orders really live. If you use Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books for sales orders, it is often better to connect ShipStation to those, since they hold items and stock. If CRM is your only system for orders, Flow can link it directly. Make sure the CRM record holds everything ShipStation needs: shipping address, items with SKUs, quantities and the service you want.

In Flow, pick Zoho CRM as the trigger app and choose the event. Add a ShipStation action to create an order, and map fields carefully. Items in CRM are often in a subform or line items, which may need a small custom function to format for ShipStation. Use a unique order number so the same order is not created twice.

For the return path, create a flow triggered when ShipStation marks an order shipped and update the CRM record with the tracking number and carrier. Test with real addresses, including international ones if you ship abroad. If the ShipStation connector in Flow lacks an action you need, a webhook and custom function can fill the gap.
