How much does Zoho training cost?

Zoho training can cost nothing if you use Zoho's free help guides, tutorials and webinars. Paid training, from Zoho's Spark platform or from a Zoho partner, depends on the apps covered, number of users and roles, how customised your setup is, and whether sessions are live or recorded.

Zoho offers a lot of free learning. Each product has help documentation and tutorials, Zoho CRM runs regular live and recorded webinars such as CRM Fundamentals, and the Zoho community forums answer common questions. Some paid plans also include onboarding help; for example, Bigin's paid plans include an onboarding session and basic admin training.

Zoho also runs Spark, its training and certification platform. It offers structured courses and certification exams, including multi-day online courses for developers and administrators. Some content is paid, and course fees and formats change, so check the Spark site for current options.

Partner-led training costs depend on a few factors: how many Zoho apps are involved, how many people need training, how many different roles there are (sales reps, managers, admins), how customised your system is, and whether you want live sessions, recordings or written guides. Training on your own configured system is usually more useful than generic product training, because staff learn your actual fields, stages and workflows.
