Can I hide some products from certain customers in Zoho Commerce?

Zoho Commerce has limited options for showing different products to different customers in one store. You can hide a product from the storefront entirely, use price lists for B2B customers on higher plans, or run a separate B2B store with its own catalogue. For true per-customer catalogues, a separate store or a custom portal is often the cleaner choice.

Hiding a product from the whole storefront is simple. You can mark it as not visible online and still use it in orders or other channels. The harder case is showing a product to wholesale buyers but not to retail shoppers. Zoho Commerce supports B2B features such as price lists and credit limits on higher plans, which let you set different prices for different customers.

If your need is different products, not just different prices, consider a separate B2B store. Zoho Commerce lets you run more than one store, each with its own domain, catalogue and branding. Wholesale customers log in to the B2B store, and retail shoppers use the public one. Inventory can stay in one Zoho Inventory organisation behind both.

Check Zoho's current Commerce help pages before you decide, as B2B features are being added over time. For complex rules, such as each account seeing its own contract items, a Zoho Creator portal linked to Inventory may fit better. Test any option with a real wholesale login before you invite customers.
