Does Zoho Commerce support B2B pricing and price lists?

Zoho Commerce can handle some B2B selling, and Zoho has been adding B2B features such as customer-specific pricing, price lists and quote requests. How much is available depends on your edition, region and whether you connect Zoho Inventory, which has mature price list support. Check the current Zoho Commerce help pages and test your pricing rules before promising them to trade customers.

Our prices are published. Zoho CRM setup starts at USD 500 (GBP 400, EUR 450, CAD 700, AUD 760, AED 1,850, SAR 1,900), with every service and integration price on one page: see Flowpeak's Zoho implementation pricing.

B2B buyers usually need three things: prices that differ by customer or group, minimum order quantities, and payment terms such as net 30. Price lists let you set different prices or percentage markups for groups of customers. Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books have supported price lists for years, and Zoho Commerce shares the same items and contacts when they are connected in one organisation.

For the storefront itself, check whether logged-in trade customers see their own prices, whether you can hide prices from guests, and how quotes or purchase orders are handled. Zoho has released B2B-focused features for Commerce, but the detail varies, so test with a sample trade customer account before launch.

If your rules are complex, such as tiered pricing by quantity, contract prices per SKU or approval of large orders, you may need custom functions or a separate portal built in Zoho Creator that connects to Inventory. Map your pricing rules on paper first, then confirm each one in a trial.

If you would rather have the trade pricing set up and tested for you, Flowpeak Consulting can map your price rules to Zoho Commerce and Inventory and build anything the standard features do not cover. We test every rule with a sample trade account before your customers see it.
