Can Zoho Flow integrate with SAP Business One?

Zoho Flow does not have a ready-made SAP Business One connector in most setups, but you can still connect them. SAP Business One exposes a REST API through its Service Layer, which Zoho Flow can call with webhooks and custom functions. For anything beyond simple data passing, a small middleware layer on Zoho Catalyst or a dedicated integration tool is usually more reliable. Check Flow's current app list first.

Typical needs are pushing customers and sales orders from Zoho CRM into SAP Business One, and pulling stock, prices or invoice status back. Zoho Flow can trigger on CRM events and send data to an HTTP endpoint. With SAP Business One, that endpoint is usually the Service Layer, which needs a login session, so calls must handle authentication and session renewal.

Flow custom functions written in Deluge can make these calls, but they have execution limits and simple error handling. For a few records per day, that is fine. For hundreds of orders, item master sync or two-way updates, use a middleware layer that queues records, retries failures and logs every transfer. Zoho Catalyst works well for this inside the Zoho stack.

Also check network access. Many SAP Business One installs are on-premises, so the Service Layer must be reachable from the internet through a secure gateway. Your SAP partner will need to be involved for that and for field mapping on the SAP side.
