Can I send Zoho Campaigns through Amazon SES?

No, not as a built-in option. Zoho Campaigns sends email through Zoho's own sending infrastructure, and it does not let you swap in your own SMTP service such as Amazon SES. You improve delivery by authenticating your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If you must use SES, you would need a different sending tool, connected to Zoho CRM separately.

Email marketing platforms manage their own sending servers, reputation and bounce handling. That is part of what you pay for. Zoho Campaigns works the same way, so there is no setting to route campaigns through SES. Third-party automation tools can move data between Zoho Campaigns and SES, but they do not change how Zoho Campaigns itself sends.

What you can control is your domain. Add the SPF and DKIM records Zoho Campaigns gives you, publish a DMARC policy, and use a sender address on your own domain. Keep lists clean, remove bounced and inactive contacts, and send to people who opted in. These steps matter more to inbox placement than the sending service.

If you have a strong reason to use SES, such as cost at very high volume or existing infrastructure, consider whether you need a marketing tool at all for that stream.
