Can I bulk download signed documents from Zoho Sign?

Bulk download from the Zoho Sign web interface has been limited, and users have asked Zoho for a better option. The practical approaches are to connect Zoho Sign to cloud storage such as Zoho WorkDrive so completed documents are saved automatically, or to use the Zoho Sign API to download completed documents in bulk. For future documents, the easiest fix is automatic storage. Zoho Sign can connect to cloud storage, including Zoho WorkDrive and other services, depending on your plan, and save each completed document to a chosen folder. That gives you an organised archive without manual downloads.

For documents already signed, the Zoho Sign API can list completed requests and download each document and its completion certificate. A short script or a Zoho Flow or Deluge routine can loop through them and store the files. Watch API limits and run it in batches.

Also check the current web interface. Zoho updates Sign regularly, and multi-select download options may be available in your edition. Whatever method you use, keep the completion certificates with the documents, as they are the audit trail for each signature.
